Emmanuelle Bélanger practices in the areas of tax and business laws, with a particular specialty in the reorganization of corporations.
She acts as a consultant before a diverse clientele mostly comprised of small to medium sized companies, including several health care professionals. She assists her clients in tax planning, inter-generational transfers of companies, estate freezing, purchase/sale of companies, implementation of shareholders’ agreements as well as company planning for the arrival and departure of shareholders.
