About
Gabrielle Bergeron has been a lawyer with our firm since 2016. Since the beginning of her practice, she has served a varied clientele of public organizations in the health and social services network, the municipal field and the education network.
She works in various areas of civil, public and administrative law, including civil liability, calls for tenders, public contracts, access to information and protection of personal information, and health and social services. She also represents and advises numerous clients in civil litigation, notably in extra-contractual liability.
Gabrielle regularly pleads before the courts, in both civil and administrative matters. Finally, she acts as a trainer and speaker, mainly in the fields of public contracts, access to information and protection of personal information.
