About

Sylvie Boyer joined the firm in 1994 as a paralegal in the Corporate and Commercial Law sectors.  She carries out corporate searches and requests for information related to such activities.  Sylvie’s main responsibilities consist in the preparation and examination of documentation needed for the incorporation, organization, amendment, dissolution or corporate reorganization of corporations.

She is also involved in transactions regarding mergers and acquisitions.  Over the past few years, Sylvie has developed a particular specialty in bank financing and venture capital.  She actively participates in the drafting and preparation of documents relating to the implementation of required securities for financing and specific transactions for the qualification of investments.  She is also involved in the due diligence process in various public registries, analysis of the documentation and drafting of the necessary due diligence reports.
