About
Board member Hélène Morency is responsible for the banking sector. She has practiced as a lawyer since 1992, becoming the firm's first female partner in 2003 and the first female member of the Board of Directors. She specializes in banking law, including financing, collection, realization, securities, bankruptcy and reorganization. Since the beginning of her career, she has focused primarily on financial institutions.
Renowned for her efficiency and thoroughness in handling cases, she also offers her clients lively and informative lectures. She has been a member of several boards of directors, including the Quebec Bar, the Lévis Chamber of Commerce, Célébrations Lévis 2011 and Ressources Entreprises. She is currently a member of the Board of Directors of Club Rotary Québec-Est and Corporation Cité-Joie.
