About
Stéfanie Poitras is part of the civil and commercial litigation team. In this capacity, she regularly represents the firm’s clientèle before the Courts, particularly in matters of shareholders’ disputes. Stéfanie’s practice includes banking and insolvency law. As such, she frequently acts on behalf of financial institutions, trustees and receivers in various banking litigation, including recourses in hypothecary rights, remedy and insolvency. She also deals in matters of security law.
In her practice, Stéfanie works for the firm’s clients in the areas of business and corporate law, and specifically in matters of incorporation and corporate policies.
