Stéfanie Poitras is a member of our business law team. She specializes in corporate finance and represents various financial institutions, government corporations, and venture capital firms in traditional and equity financing transactions.
Ms. Poitras also represents the firm's clients in court and in negotiations in matters involving reorganization, enforcement, and insolvency. In this capacity, she regularly acts on behalf of financial institutions, trustees and receivers in various banking disputes, including mortgage, reorganization and insolvency proceedings. She also provides services in the area of security interests.
