About
In addition to being a partner, Luc Richard is member of the firm’s Board of Directors. His practice is primarily focused on commercial and corporate law. He acts on behalf of several financial and venture capital institutions. As such, he is frequently invited as speaker to these institutions.
Luc Richard also practises in the area of intellectual property and information technology, acting as Trademark Agent.
Furthermore, part of his practice focuses upon international law. Luc Richard advises foreign investors doing business in Quebec. His experience allows him to advise clients in the planning and organization of their commercial and corporate affairs.
