Sébastien Paquin joined our team in 2025. A bilingual lawyer and member of the Quebec Bar since 2024, he focuses his practice on labor law, with a particular emphasis on occupational health and safety (OHS) law. He represents employers in a variety of contexts, including drafting legal opinions, advising on prevention and compensation obligations, and representing clients before administrative, civil, and arbitration tribunals.

With ten years of service in the Canadian Armed Forces, Mr. Paquin brings fundamental values such as rigor, ethics, discipline, and leadership to his practice.

Before joining the firm, he began his career in the Legal Affairs Branch of the Quebec Treasury Board Secretariat, where he litigated occupational health and safety matters, including cases involving the CNESST and employer obligations. Recognized for his analytical mind, ability to manage complex situations, and strategic planning, Mr. Paquin favours an approach focused on efficiency, legal clarity, and adaptation to the specific needs of his clients.
