Victoria Tchistiakova practises in the areas of litigation, dispute prevention and resolution.  Victoria speaks three languages (English, French, and Russian).  Her areas of practice involve conflicts in civil, commercial, contractual and administrative matters, and particularly in construction, insurance, co-ownership, real estate and shareholder disputes.

She acts on behalf of her clients before the civil, administrative and criminal (offences before CNESST, CCQ and ARQ) matters.  Victoria enjoys offering training and is a regular conference speaker.

Her unique professional experience in business management, dispute prevention and resolution as well as mediation allows her to understand the real needs of the clients and to guide them to reach practical, rapid and advantageous solutions to resolve their disputes.
