Partner of the firm for several years, Pierre Bégin continues to build on his expertise and talents in the public and parapublic organizations in the education sector.  In this way, he deals with all aspects of labour relations, whether at the stage of accreditation, negotiation or application of collective agreements, complaints under the Labour Code, the Act respecting Labour Standards, the Charter of Human Rights and Freedoms as well as in matters of occupational health and safety.

Pierre Bégin is called upon to appear before all Courts in matters of labour relations.
