Martin Bouffard is President of the firm’s Board of Directors and responsible for the Municipal Law sector. He practices law in various areas related to Municipal Law, such as calls for tender, access to information, urban planning and development, agricultural activities, conflicts of interest, ethics and codes of conduct, rights and responsibilities of elected officials and employees and municipal jurisdiction
Martin Bouffard is regularly solicited, primarily by a clientele composed of municipalities from different areas of Quebec, to draft legal opinions, municipal by-laws and legal proceedings. He pleads before all judicial and administrative Courts of Quebec.
Developing an expertise with local and regional municipalities has allowed Martin Bouffard to teach training courses to elected and municipal officials to familiarize them with their duties and responsibilities.
