Attestation of Collegial Studies in Legal Techniques from Collège CDI (2017)


A paralegal, Farah-Kinsley Delma focuses her practice on civil and commercial litigation.

As such, she assists lawyers in the preparation of lawsuits by conducting, among other things, various searches and verifications in certain registers such as the Land Register, the Register of Personal and Movable Real Rights (RPMRRR) and the Enterprise Registrar of Quebec (REQ). Farah-Kinsley conducts various factual research and analysis of files. 

Collaborating with lawyers in the proper management of files, she also handles their documentary and electronic management, particularly in databases for complex litigation, thus facilitating the work of lawyers during trial preparation. 

Farah-Kinsley also ensures the preparation and follow-up for the communication of undertakings and evidence in the course of court cases, as well as the management and follow-up of current correspondence. She also participates in the drafting and preparation of draft procedures and documents required for court hearings.
