After completing his articling with our firm in 2018, Nicolas Déplanche worked for a year as a law clerk at the Supreme Court of Canada. He then joined our firm in 2019 as a lawyer.

He practices mainly in administrative law, with a particular focus on health law and litigation. He frequently intervenes on matters relating to public contracts and collaborates with team members to prepare appeal briefs.

Nicolas is also involved in complex class actions in health law, both at the authorization stage and on the merits. He also represents clients before the courts in various litigation matters.
