About
Karine Dubois joined our team in 2021. Since her admission to the Barreau du Québec in 2000, she has been advising and representing employers in matters of occupational health and safety and labour relations.
She works mainly with education-related entities and prevention mutuals, but also with municipalities, health organizations and private companies.
She provides support to managers dealing with problems related to the management of occupational health and safety files and labour relations.
Karine regularly pleads before administrative and civil courts related to these fields of practice.
She advises employers in labour disputes and has pleaded injunctions and contempt of court in such disputes. She also has experience with essential services.
She also advises and represents employers in penal matters, mainly in connection with complaints under the Occupational Health and Safety Act.
Karine frequently provides training to her clients and acts as a guest speaker.
