About

Elysa Lambert holds two bachelor's degrees, one in law and the other in industrial relations. She joined the Morency team in February 2026, where she works as a health and safety advisor.

Her academic background has allowed her to develop a comprehensive understanding of labor relations issues, while acquiring in-depth and complementary knowledge of occupational health and safety and the legal obligations of the parties. This multidisciplinary training, which also integrates the human and psychosocial dimensions of the workplace, directly supports her role as a health and safety advisor.
