Jean-Hugues Fortier acts on behalf of school service centers and various establishments in the health and social services network.

He handles all aspects of labor relations, including certification, negotiation and application of collective agreements, dismissal, labor standards, human rights and freedoms, and occupational health and safety. Jean-Hugues Fortier acted as employer spokesperson during the most recent collective agreement negotiations in the education sector, and also acts as legal advisor in these matters.
