About

Julien Pennou joined our firm in 2021, after completing his articling period. He practices both tax and business law.

Julien supports the tax department of the Montreal office in various mandates for a clientele composed mainly of small and medium-sized businesses, including many health professionals. He is called upon to draft various agreements and contracts as well as legal opinions and tax memorandums, all in the context of tax planning, intergenerational transfers of businesses, estate freezes and the purchase/sale of businesses.
