About

Alexandra Ravenda practices in the areas of tax law and corporate law. She regularly handles corporate reorganizations, tax and estate planning, and business transfers, particularly in relation to succession, integration, shareholder departures, and business acquisitions and sales.

A member of the Ontario Bar since 2019, she also holds a temporary restricted permit in Quebec, allowing her to practice tax and corporate law while she completes the process of obtaining her full license to practice in the province. She assists a clientele consisting mainly of entrepreneurs, professionals, and business families in achieving their tax and business objectives.
