About

After working for several years in a financial institution, Sonya Roy has been working primarily in collections for six years.

As a collection technician, she is called upon to research the various appropriate registers, to draft legal procedures under the supervision of lawyers and to directly negotiate settlement agreements with the persons concerned. Over the years, she has also developed a particular expertise in the forced execution of judgments. Her work leads her to collaborate closely with bailiffs and the various stakeholders in the judicial system.

Her expertise is also used to serve several municipalities for the collection of property taxes.
