Bachelor of Commerce with a major in Accounting and a minor in Organizational Behaviour and Personnel from McGill University (1991)


Having more than 30 years of litigation experience, Caroline Schatz is responsible for the gathering of information and preparation of evidence.  She assists the attorneys by participating in meetings with witnesses (interview and preparation for their discovery), with experts (analysis and summary of expert reports), performs legal research, document management (analysis and research) and reviews documents in preparation of chronology of events.

On occasion, she attends examinations on discovery and trial to manage the exhibits, undertakings and objections.  Simultaneously, she prepares summaries of testimonies given, while accessing the Summation database to monitor and verify testimonies as well as assisting in the preparation of cross-examinations.

In addition to being trilingual (English, French and German), Caroline masters several specialized software programs, providing technological support to attorneys in the management of evidence throughout the litigation and at trial.  She monitors the litigation files by drafting routine correspondence and draft procedures.
