Shawn Woodman joined the Tax and Business Law team as an associate in 2024, after completing his summer student and articling with the firm. During his articling period, he also completed a master's degree in taxation at HEC Montréal, with honours.

In his practice, Shawn drafts agreements and contracts, as well as legal opinions and tax memorandums, particularly in the context of tax planning, intergenerational business transfers, estate freezes and business purchase/sale transactions.
