About
Gabrielle Ménès joined our firm as an associate in 2022 after completing her articling period. She practices with our team in the areas of health and social services law and labour and education law, more specifically in administrative law.
Gabrielle acts in civil and commercial litigation, particularly in matters of contractual and extra-contractual liability. She also practices in administrative and public law. In the course of her practice, Gabrielle is called upon to conduct legal research and to draft legal opinions and various pleadings, in addition to representing clients before civil and administrative tribunals.
In addition to these skills, Gabrielle has several years of experience in the House of Commons, especially in parliamentary procedure, both in parliamentary committees and in the House. During her studies, Gabrielle also worked as a research assistant at the Supreme Court of Canada.
