Ann-Frédéric Rochette joined our firm in 2020 as a member of the banking law team. As part of her duties, she is actively involved in searching the various public registers and drafting the various procedures and documents related to the collection and realization of security interests. She is called upon to use her negotiating skills to reach various settlement agreements.

Ann-Frédéric is also specialized in the enforcement of judgments. She works closely with the various stakeholders in the judicial system at the provincial level and is in constant communication with judicial officers.
