Geneviève Tessier joined our tax law team after starting her career in a boutique firm specializing in business and tax law, and after developing her skills in a major accounting firm.
Practising mainly in the areas of tax law and corporate law, she carries out mandates in corporate reorganization, tax and estate planning, intergenerational transfers and the purchase/sale of businesses.
Her clientele is composed of small and medium-sized companies as well as health professionals.
