About
Since the beginning of his career in 2006, Patrick Beauchemin has practised municipal law. He provides legal counsel to many municipalities in all areas, in particular in matters of supply and procurement, urban planning, expropriation, environment and construction.
He regularly assists the municipalities for the drafting and application of their regulations as well as in exercising their various powers and jurisdictions.
Patrick is often called upon to represent the municipalities before the judicial and administrative Courts.
Further, he is a regular speaker at legal training sessions addressing a diverse clientèle in the municipal world (municipal councillors, general managers, clerks and inspectors).
