Our attorneys have developed a particular expertise in the representation of educational institutions at all levels, from preschool and primary school to university, in terms of management and providing assistance for significant problems, whether for clientele management or at the supply level.  They have  had the opportunity to represent these educational institutions before all courts, even up to the Supreme Court.

Our expertise is particularly recognized in the education sector, notably by the Ministère de l'Éducation et de l'Enseignement supérieur du Québec, the Fédération des centres de services scolaires du Québec and the Fédération des Cégeps, which sought our expertise when negotiating with the trade unions.

Furthermore, in recent years, we have developed an expertise regarding special class actions, successfully representing our clients.
