About
Since the beginning of his career, Hugo Beaulieu has focused his practice on real estate litigation of all kinds: construction, latent defects, neighbourhood disturbances and municipal taxation. He has also acted in insolvency and bankruptcy litigation.
He has appeared regularly before courts of general jurisdiction, including the Quebec Administrative Tribunal and the Court of Appeal. Primarily serving real estate owners, commercial tenants and construction contractors, he can represent them in all the problems that this type of activity can generate.
