About
Luc Richard focuses his practice on corporate and commercial law.
Over the years, he has carried out a number of buy-sell transactions, from drafting letters of intent and due diligence to concluding related agreements. He represents various financial institutions, government corporations and venture capital firms in traditional and equity financing.
Part of his practice focuses on advising foreign investors developing their activities in Canada, either by setting up operations or making acquisitions. His experience and acquired knowledge of French legislation enable him to advise European clients in the planning and organization of all their commercial and corporate affairs.
Beyond the law, advising and assisting companies and entrepreneurs in the development and management of their business is at the heart of his practice.
