About

Myriam Tremblay joined our firm as an associate in 2022 after completing her articling period. She practices in our labour and education law team, with a particular focus on occupational health and safety.

In this capacity, she is called upon to represent employers before administrative and common law tribunals, particularly in matters of admissibility and compensation for occupational injuries.

In addition to these skills, her experience as a legal assistant, as a court clerk at the Court of Québec and as an occupational health and safety preventionist allows her to analyze all legal implications in order to propose concrete and practical solutions.
