About
Louis Turgeon-Dorion is a member of our civil and commercial litigation team. His practice focuses primarily on construction law. In this capacity, he has represented contractors, subcontractors, owners and sureties before several judicial authorities for major construction projects.
Louis' practice includes assisting various construction stakeholders at all stages of the project, whether it be during the design stage, the call for tenders, the execution of the project or claims. The analysis and drafting of various construction contracts are also part of his current practice.
Furthermore, on many occasions, he has written articles for academic journals and other publications.
