About
Christopher-William is a member of our municipal law team and completed his articling at our firm. He has been a partner since January 1, 2025.
Specialized in municipal law since the beginning of his career, he completed an internship at the Ministry of Municipal Affairs as part of his university training. In his practice, he advises municipalities on a wide range of issues, including urban planning, contracts, access to information, the environment, expropriation and construction.
He regularly represents his clients before administrative and common law tribunals, in civil and penal matters. He is accredited by the Commission municipale du Québec to provide training in municipal ethics and deontology to elected officials, and also acts as an ethics advisor recognized by the Commission municipale du Québec. Christopher-William also contributes to specialized publications, regularly writing articles for municipal stakeholders.
