About
Christopher-William Dufour Gagné is a member of our municipal law team and has completed his articling with the firm.
He has been practicing municipal law since the beginning, having completed an internship at the Ministère des Affaires municipales as part of his university training.
In the course of his practice, he advises municipalities on a daily basis on various subjects, including urban planning, contracts, access to information, the environment, expropriation and construction.
He is often called upon to make representations before administrative and common law tribunals, both in civil and penal matters.
He regularly gives training sessions and conferences on various subjects related to municipal law. He is also accredited by the Commission municipale du Québec to provide training to municipal elected officials in municipal ethics and professional conduct and also acts as an ethics advisor recognized by the Commission municipale du Québec.
He regularly writes articles in various magazines for municipal stakeholders.
